RETURN POLICY
Overview
At Dekor Home Furnishings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a
refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and undamaged.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at
info@dekorhomefurnishings.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number
and the reason for the return. Your return may be subject to a restocking fee.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a
Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
3. Packaging: Repackage the item securely in its original packaging. Include all
accessories, manuals, and parts.
4. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are
responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping
service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or
damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically
be applied to your original method of payment within Seven (7) days. Please note that
shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our
Customer Service team at info@dekorhomefurnishings.com. Exchanges are subject to
product availability and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery at info@dekorhomefurnishings.com. We will arrange for a replacement or
refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage or defect for
our records.
